Jessica Juanita Trujillo, born on August 16, 1989, in Denver, Colorado, left this world too soon on April 9, 2025, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She was a radiant spirit, one who infused life with laughter and love. As a cherished English teacher at Awaken Academy and a dedicated cheerleading coach and youth pastor at Elevation, Jessica inspired countless students with her enthusiasm and creativity. Her career as a Human Resource Executive at Target showcased her professional prowess and deep commitment to her work and community.
Jessica's personality shone brightly; she was bubbly, loud, and exuded an infectious humor that brought joy to those around her. Her quick wit and spunky demeanor made her a friend to many and a beacon of light in the lives of her family.
Family was everything to Jessica. She looked forward to family days, relishing in the joy of hosting holidays and birthdays. Her love for her children—Alyasia, Quiana, Zoey, Seraiah, and Niko Jr.—was unparalleled; they were her greatest pride and joy. She maintained close contact with her loved ones, often calling many multiple times a day just to check in, a testament to her caring nature.
Jessica had a special fondness for country music, and her talents extended beyond her profession. She became a pro at decorating for any occasion—whether it was designing t-shirts or creating balloon arches. She enjoyed road trips, particularly those where she could stop at every Buckees and Loves for beef jerky and snacks, embark on fishing trips to the mountains, or relax at the family ranch in New Mexico.
Jessica is survived by her loving husband, Dominic; her beloved daughters, Alyasia, Quiana, Zoey, Seraiah, and son, Niko Jr.; her mother, Loretta Quinones; her mother-in-law, Annette Trujillo; father-in-law, Joseph Trujillo; and her Nana Marcella Vallejos and Grandma Chris Trujillo. She is also survived by her siblings, Josh and Mandy Trujillo, Isaiah and Lexy Trujillo, and Amisty Trujillo, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren, and friends who adored her.
She is preceded in Death by her father, Daniel Quinones, Her Grandpa Joe Vallejos, Grandpa Frank Trujillo, Grandma Helen Fierro, Grandpa Bethel Fierro and Uncles Bethel, Joseph and Chris Fierro.
Jessica Juanita Trujillo leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Her vibrant spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of those she touched. She may have departed from this life, but her memory will remain alive in the stories shared and the love felt by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
